Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Architect with expertise in digital assets, tokenization, and financial market infrastructure. The role involves guiding engineering and stakeholder teams on technical planning and execution, while also serving as a bridge to communicate technical topics clearly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Implementation & Coordination
o Assist specific technical workstreams within projects focusing on sub-areas of design and delivery.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, external vendors) to ensure best-in-class solutions, aligning with project timelines and organizational goals
2. Integration of Projects
o Coordinate with project managers and technical leads to ensure seamless integration across these initiatives.
o Identify common components, requirements, and dependencies to optimize interoperability and performance.
3. Collaboration & Communication
o Engage with partner central banks, financial institutions, and vendors to gather requirements and align priorities.
o Assist specific technical workstreams within projectsfocusing on sub-areas of design and delivery.
o Work closely with other subject matter experts, product owners, and leads
4. Project Delivery
o Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and development processes in an agile environment.
o Track risks, identify issues, and propose practical solutions collaboratively with technical teams.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
o Work closely with various workstreams to ensure the projects’ technical solutions align with broader organizational objectives.
o Incorporate feedback from partnering organizations as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
• Education:
Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with demonstrated expertise across both disciplines.
• Financial Markets Knowledge:
Familiarity with digital assets, tokenization, and financial market infrastructure— particularly in the context of central bank money and settlement.
• Technical Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure), Java, zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) applications, MPC frameworks, Solidity, APIs, and other industry frameworks. Good understanding of the latest technological developments and their impact on central banking and financial market infrastructures.
• Project Delivery:
Proven track record contributing to technical product or platform delivery, preferably within the financial sector. Ability to meet project milestones on time.
• Regulatory Insight:
Exposure to compliance-focused projects (e.g., KYC/AML) and regulatory requirements is advantageous. Experience working with central banks or regulators is highly desirable.
