Our client is looking for an experienced EUC specialist to lead, develop and oversee the daily operations of the IT helpdesk team and ensure strict adherence to SLAs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and manage the IT helpdesk team and oversee outsourced vendors to ensure services are delivered in accordance to SLAs.
• Ensure that outsourced vendors prioritize and assign helpdesk tickets based on urgency, impact and available resources.
• Collaborate with outsourced vendors to develop, implement and refine helpdesk processes and procedures to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on technical support for complex and/or high-priority issues – act as an escalation point for the helpdesk team.
• Lead and/or participate in IT projects that impact the helpdesk and/or end-user support to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or related fields.
• Ideally at least 10 years of experience in IT support with at least 5 years as a manager overseeing IT helpdesk and/or onsite support for organizations with over 1,000 employees.
• Strong knowledge of helpdesk ticketing systems, remote support tools and IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
• Excellent leadership and people management skills – able to motivate and develop teams.
• Highly knowledgeable in the best practices and processes required for helpdesk and/or onsite support.

A project manager with min. 5 years of relevant experience in electronics, electrical or IOT.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the project plans and define the project scope, goals and deliverables
• Lead the planning and implementation of project
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Manage project budget and resource allocation
• Provide direction and support to project, support and service teams
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Provide periodic project evaluations and assessment of results
• Review the quality of the work completed to ensure that it meets the project standards
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Measure project performance and provide timely update to higher management
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II or other project management certification
• Minimum 5 years working experience in project management with MNC’s or large sized projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with expertise in conflict resolution
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency with project management software tools including but not limited to JIRA, Microsoft Projects, MS Excel, etc
• Preferred experience in electrical LV (must be able to read SLD, and understand electrical installation inside buildings)
• Manage project engineers
