Our client is a FMCG Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient delivery routes for B2B operations.
• Use Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to plan routes, assign deliveries, and track progress.
• Monitor driver performance and compliance with delivery schedules.
• Manage delivery exceptions and promptly resolve customer issues.
• Provide guidance and support to drivers regarding routes, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Address driver concerns, manage performance, and ensure high operational standards.
• Enforce adherence to safety regulations and standards for B2B deliveries.
• Conduct regular vehicle safety checks and monitor maintenance schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication on delivery schedules and performance metrics.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, route efficiency, and driver performance.
• Identify and implement improvement strategies to optimize delivery operations.
