Deskside Analyst (Contract)

Work Location: Downtown Core, Singapore

Job Type: 5 Months Contract, subject to renewal

About the Role:

This role will be involved in assisting with the company’s project.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the installation of computer hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboard, printers, scanners and other client devices on user's premises.
2. Investigate and research solutions for PC hardware and software problems.
3. Participate on Desk Side projects.
4. Adhere to attendance guidelines of the job and to departmental and company policies.
5. Any other tasks and works as and when requested and assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

1. A Diploma in IT or related field.

1. Experience in troubleshooting and managing Win10/11, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Active Directory, basic networking, POS, scanner, printer, and other attached peripherals.
2. Ability to perform PC hardware and software trouble-shooting with experience in the use of diagnostic programs and tools.
3. Good customer service and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage projects and provide status updates on weekly/ monthly basis.
5. Able to perform shift duties (12 hours rotating shifts).
6. Fresh IT graduates are welcome to apply.

- Introduction and exposure to Adjudication, Arbitration and Contract negotiations.

ii. Extension of Time (EOT)

- Review contractual implications

- Differentiate EOT and liquidated damages (LD), assess considerations and resolutions.

iii. Collaborative Contracting

- Introduction to collaborative contracting processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , Sustainable Infrastructure in Building Services, Quantity Surveying or equivalent /
• Experience in MEP / HVAC / ACMV is added advantage
• Experience in Data Analysis concepts is added advantage
• Knowledge in modern digital solutions like modelling take off software, RPA, advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, utilising AI / ML are added advantage.
• Strong literacy in English and willing to learn in a changing industry.
• Interested candidates with MEP / HVAC / ACMV field experience are welcomed to apply.
