LIMD is part of SSG’s Incentives Management and Enforcement Group (RFEG) which contributes to pan-organisational efforts of building an effective, responsive, and inclusive CET eco-system through effective grant management, Skills Development Levy (SDL) Collection, and enforcement against external fraud and abuse.

LIMD drives effective SDL collection and grant management to contribute towards the development of a responsive and high-quality CET ecosystem.

Under the SDL Act, all employers are required to pay a monthly SDL for all their employees rendering services in Singapore. • Preferred disciplines are Business, Accountancy, Marketing and Communications or Information Technology
• Prior experience in the CET space will be preferred

Position 1 year contract.

Location: nearest MRT : Pioneer

This role is to support in managing learning programmes and postgraduate transferrable skills programmes.

• Liaise with both NTU academics, external instructors and industry practitioners for programmes
• Support in securing funding and subsidies for the development of programs, including marketing of GC lifelong learning programmes locally and overseas
• Support in data collection in strategic plans and program related processes, including the certification and attendance endorsement
• Work closely with various departments and external vendors to organize and ensure both lifelong learning and transferrable skills programmes run smoothly
• Manage any administrative and logistics matters related to the programmes
• Assist in budget monitoring and planning of transferrable skills programmes

Responsibilities

• A recognized university degree
• At least 3 years of administrative working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Possess good communication and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Words, Excel, Teams) and online meeting platforms (Zoom)
• People-oriented, collaborative and a team player
