• Preparing and delivering of technical presentation and demonstrations, manage the customer’s expectations as well as sales/technical enquiry
• Supporting pre-sales and post-sale activities
• Obtaining and defining customer requirements, leading any account management activities and continuously obtaining market intelligence to identify new business opportunity, as well as strategic and channel partnership opportunities
• Perform multi-task writing assignments such as writing consulting reports, proposals, research documents, business management manuals and marketing documents

Requirements:

• Diploma or Polytechnic graduate in Computer and/or Information Technology, Sales and Marketing with at least 3 years relevant work experience
• Good organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales administration
• Customer oriented with good communication skills
• Well organized, positive attitude, proactive and self-directed, able to perform with minimal supervision and also a team player
• Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for overseeing project execution and management as assigned by the Manager.
• Develop and review project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors, and manage training and on-ground activities.
• Manage resources including manpower, equipment, for software development, integration, and testing.
• Monitor project budget and spending and ensure timely submission of finance/procurement documents (COC, RFB, Purchase Request,PO) and Goods Receipt (GR) upon delivery.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects with a successful track record.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems, hydraulic motion control, CCTV, and PA systems is a plus.
