The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:

• Provide on-site support various teams within organization
• Provide on-site frontline concierge service
• Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management
• Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents through vending and parcel locker machines at the three primary locations when needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and up-keeping of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations.
• Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works required to the infrastructure.

• Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge, the proposed manpower will escalate the service requests/status enquiries/feedback to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS) for case resolution
• Provide logistics and AV support for events organised within the three primary locations when needed.

• Manage and support a variety of EMC storage systems, such as Unity, VMAX, VNX, and Isilon.
• Configuring, provisioning, and troubleshooting storage resources, ensuring optimal performance, and conducting regular health checks.
• Involve in tasks like LUN creation, data migration, snapshots, and backups, as well as implementing security measures, such as encryption and access control.

ArcServe Backup Management:

• Oversee the ArcServe backup, ensuring that backups are completed successfully and without errors
• Design, implement, and regularly test backup and disaster recovery plans to protect critical data.
• Monitoring backup logs, resolving issues as they arise, and restoring data when needed to maintain system reliability and data integrity.

Capacity Planning & Optimization:

• Analyze storage trends to predict future needs, optimize performance through tiering strategies, and ensure that storage resources are used effectively.
• Manage data lifecycle policies and fine-tune storage and backup systems for peak performance.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity:

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure storage and backup systems align with business continuity requirements.
• Work closely with other IT teams to test and implement recovery strategies, ensuring that the organization can quickly recover from any system failures.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain up-to-date documentation on storage configurations, backup procedures, and system policies.
• Generate reports on system performance, capacity usage, and backup health
• Providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors Degree .
• Minimum of 6 years of working experience, and 4+ years in Storage and backup management
• Able to multi task
• Must have knowledge in Documentation and reporting tools
• Must have EMC storage experience
• Must have Arcserve Backup experience

Responsibilities

This is a 12-month fixed contract, working within the Global Technology Services (GTS) Chief Operating Officer (COO) team, responsible for:

• Coordinating activities and processes required for effective day to day organization of IT Infrastructure assets and contracts management.
• Resource management, e.g., onboarding/offboarding/contract extension and headcount tracking and reporting including Project & Portfolio Management and reporting.

Asset Management:

• Develop and maintain frameworks and end to end process/engagement model for on-boarding IT Assets in region (reconciling with financial books).
• Assist with governance of asset inventory including stock take and checks.
• Periodic internal quality assurance assessment across IT Asset portfolio, highlighting any potential gaps, defining remediation plan and ensuring continued adherence to Group IT Asset Management standards.

Contract Management:

• Ensure all contracts are registered in Sourcing Hub and aligned to Marley Asset Inventory.
• Ensure adherence of contracts and sourcing requirements of existing vendor services.
• Escalate appropriately to ensure Department Accountable Ex-Co are informed and necessary remediation implemented.
• Assist with designing process to streamline / and maintain an accurate Business as Usual contracts management schedule.

Business Management / Project Management Office (PMO):

• Publish report of Change The Bank/ Run The Bank consumption from Pyramid and follow-ups
• Maintain resource management plan.
• Assist with producing Total Cost of Ownership reporting (on Apptio).
• Work with Procurement and Expense team on follow ups and maintain governance.

Profile required

Academic Background and Certifications, Experience:

• Collaborate closely with the Front Office and other support functions to assess the creditworthiness of counterparties.
• Conduct comprehensive credit analysis of counterparties and assign internal ratings.
• Present credit files and requests for credit lines to regular Credit Risk Committees.
• Engage with the Front Office in developing and maintaining counterparty relationships.
• Negotiate credit, collateral, and payment terms in contracts, working alongside the Legal and Front Office teams, including ISDAs and physical master agreements.
• Oversee credit risk indicators, exposures, limits, and utilization for a portfolio of counterparties.
• Address inquiries from the Front Office regarding potential trade exposures and available credit limits.
• Stay informed about news and credit events that impact the portfolio of counterparties.
• Understand risk calculation methodologies and collaborate with the Risk Methodology team in Europe.
• Analyze significant transactions and present findings to GEMS and Group-level committees.
• Develop credit risk frameworks and methodologies for new products and markets.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of energy commodities markets, products, and counterparties
