HR Communications:

· Design and write content for the quarterly Local newsletters.

· Write and publish articles for the HR Unily page, providing the latest HR updates.

· Develop and maintain templates for HR communications/initiatives/meetings and reporting to ensure consistency and branding.

HR Projects and Initiatives:

Job Summary

This position reports to the Head of Legal, APAC, based in Singapore, and is an integral part of JGC Asia Pacific’s legal team. As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for managing an inventory of 100+ residential property listings. You are the brain of the Squad you belong to, defining the listing strategies, pricing policies and valuation methodologies.
