Job responsibilities:

Act as the owner of the ETRM system and ensure all daily BAU issues are either resolved on a timely manner or escalated to the relevant team for resolution.

Conduct regular meetings with business users to understand new requirement and change request and drive them to completion.

Produce Business Requirement Document and/or Functional Specification Document on major change request.

Play a critical role in Application / Process design for all new initiative. Define system-level application architecture that fit into the overall firm wide IT landscape.

Formal Education & Certification

Completion of University degree, diploma or equivalent in a technical or professional institution with course work or training in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering.
Knowledge & Experience

Duties and Responsibilities

Employee Life Cycle

• Support recruiting and employment of positions in NEA and SEA by supporting managers through the employment requisition process and providing support throughout the employment process.
• Conduct new employee orientation and on-boarding processes.
• Facilitate employee exit and clearance procedures.
• Process workflows in HRIS in relation to employee movements and on/offboarding.

Benefits & Welfare Administration

• Assist employees with record changes and company policies by accessing policy information when requested to keep employees accurately informed.
