In this specific role, the Meetings & Events Analyst/Senior Analyst involves taking that original brief from the beginning to seeing the event through to the end (listen to the brief, research, venue sourcing, negotiation, logistics, financial admin, budget planning, communication management, reconciliation & closing of event).

These are detailed below.

• Provide guidance on Accenture policy information to internal clients – Ensuring insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to for all events

• Provide advisory services to internal clients to assist with cost mitigation – offering alternatives or championing use of Accenture office where possible for events

• Be the main point of contact with clients and vendors for all events

• Venue sourcing: provide options to internal clients based on their brief & budget

• Create and maintain a budget for each event, seeking approvals where necessary and reconciling costs post event

• Negotiation of rates and terms with suppliers

• Meeting logistics (venue management, caterers, audio visual etc) including drafting run sheets and floorplans

• High volume administration duties

• Process deposits and invoices for all events and coordinate with finance team in China to ensure payments are made on time and allocated correctly.

• Arrange printing and materials for events

• Liaise with internal (Marketing, Finance, Legal etc) and external clients (theme-ing providers, AV companies, printing suppliers, etc.)

• Draft & send communications

• RSVP management through online events management tool

• Use Accenture’s internal tools (including new Meetings & Events tool) to manage events

• Follow Accenture Meeting & Event policies to ensure compliance

• Ability to use Accenture’s registration system for events

• Provide occasional off-site support for functions

• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

• Assist M&E Manager with internal communications ideation and delivery

• Offer and brainstorm solutions to internal issues and assist to streamline program where necessary

• Work with pan-ASEAN team to streamline and baseline current processes to help smooth delivery across the region

We are looking for a Technical Leader with deep expertise in techno-functional (IBM ESB, Mulesoft SOA and Global Payments Infrastructures) and strategic aspects of project management to drive the execution of high-stakes IT projects. This role requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of project coordination, and proficiency in managing complex requirements, tight deadlines, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on resource optimization, vendor partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure seamless operations by developing clear project plans, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining compliance.
• Oversee every phase of critical projects, including planning, resource management, vendor selection, server setup, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage simultaneous projects with overlapping timelines, ensuring alignment with both immediate goals and long-term business priorities.
• Lead integration efforts with external partners, ensuring reliable data and system integration that supports the organization’s infrastructure.
• Spearhead project planning with a focus on resource and budget optimization, monitoring KPIs, timelines, and compliance.
• Chair Project Working Group (PWG) and Project Steering Committee (PSC) meetings, providing regular updates on progress, financials, and risk.
• Design and map server setup processes for virtual machines, working closely with stakeholders to optimize processes for efficiency, scalability, and adaptability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering related studies.
• 15 to 20 years’ total work experience with recent 5+ years as a Product Manager or Technical Lead.
• At least 3 years’ experience with IBM ESB, Mulesoft SOA, API, MS Project, and ARIS application process design, with proven knowledge in cloud computing and virtual machine setup.
• Latest experience in Global Payments Infrastructures projects
• Strong project planning, process optimization, resource management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Effective communicator with advanced stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, especially in complex and high-stakes environments.
