Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or training in public relations, communications and counselling.
• Preferably has relevant working experience in hospitality or public relations or caregiver support and counselling.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a managerial role.
• Is independent, dependable, self-motivated, creative, warm, outgoing and has good interpersonal relationship skills.
• Is strong in public relations and client experience or in areas of support and counselling.
• Has good organisational ability, is resourceful and is able to carry out positive communications and rapport building to enhance patients' experience of the hospital services.
• Is mature in disposition, to be able to cope with changes and demanding situation.
• Is able to discern sensitive issues and offer reasonable guidance/suggestions to solve the problem or handle the situation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the Part-Time Workforce:Coordinate and manage a pool of part-time staff for seamless deployment to partner hotels.
   Ensure staff are well-briefed, trained, and positioned appropriately for their roles.
   Monitor staff performance and provide support to maintain service excellence.
   
2. On-Site Operations:Serve as the main point of contact for partner hotels during deployments.
   Conduct on-site visits to oversee operations and address real-time issues.
   Troubleshoot and resolve challenges during high-pressure situations.
   
3. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with partner hotels, ensuring their satisfaction with Giggle’s part-time staffing solutions.
   Actively seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery.
   
4. Deployment Oversight:Oversee large-scale setups and events, working closely with hotel management teams.
   Ensure that the right staff are deployed based on client requirements and event needs.
   
5. Weekend Commitment:Be available for on-site visits and operational oversight during peak times (Friday to Sunday).
   

Qualifications:

• Mandatory: A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
• Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in roles involving operations or workforce management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage part-time staff and build client relationships.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, with a focus on weekends.
