- Work with internal Marketing Department to develop marketing plans to ensure the sucessful launch of event

Requirements:

- Degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience in related field

- Sales experience in Event/Exhibition Sales

- Highly motivated and able to work independently

- Good organisation skills and able to work in a fast paced environment

- Results orientated with a drive to acheive sales targets

- Able to work on weekends during days of event

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of programmes, baseline management and progress updates on casino / hotel / F&B projects
• Competent in the use of Primavera P6 planning software
• Understanding ‘Critical Path Methodology’ and using it for reporting against the programme for planning reports and related project controls disciplines
• Must have experience of planning for the whole construction process from inception through to completion and to be able to create programmes
• Assisting the Director of Planning in preparing presentation of programme information to stakeholders including graphical presentations
• Work with other team members, including change, cost, project controls and other planners to deliver a planning and / or project controls service
• Support the weekly / monthly update in line with reporting cycle and set in place reports and processes including the use of key interfaces and earned value calculations
• Review for acceptance Contractors programmes in line with contractual obligations and manage the relationship and on-going submission of the contractors programmes
• Assisting in the creation and regular production of Progress Dashboards and Reports
• Attend progress review meetings with contractors and internal PM meetings
• Where necessary undertake or contribute to what-if scenarios to show the effect of potential changes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably Degree or equivalent in a construction related discipline
• Member of relevant professional institution
• Minimum 5 years Construction planning experience, with experience working on major A&A, refurbishment projects
• Hotel and / or Casino experience is essential
• Good Primavera P6 skills is essential
• Good knowledge of all standard Microsoft packages as well as MS Project
• Good written and verbal communications skills
