Tendering

• Monitoring the availability of prospective projects or consultancy contracts on the Singapore government and other websites (mainly GeBIZ, Ariba, Sesami).

Apex System

In this role, you will be leading the integration and optimization of marketing technologies such as analytics platforms, and automation tools to ensure seamless operations across the marketing ecosystem. With a focus on data-driven strategies, you will generate actionable insights, implement workflow automation, and support personalized marketing campaigns while staying ahead of emerging MarTech trends to uncover new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of MarTech platforms, including CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics software.
• Analyze marketing and customer data to generate actionable insights and improve campaign performance.
• Implement workflow automation using tools such as Zapier, AppScript, and RPA to improve marketing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver hyper-personalized campaigns and innovative digital solutions.
• Support digital engagement strategies by optimizing content and user experiences across owned channels, including eDMs, social media, and websites.
• Stay updated on MarTech trends and test innovative solutions to elevate marketing performance.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates with bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field with an interest in marketing and data analytics are welcomed to apply
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Freshsales), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio), and marketing automation tools.
• Strong skills in automation and integration platforms like Zapier, AppScript, and RPA and website content management tools (e.g. Wordpress, Webflow)
• Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a MarTech-focused role is preferred.
• Prior experience in implementing marketing automation and hyper-personalized campaigns.
• Knowledge of APIs and data integration processes.
• Certification in MarTech platforms or related technologies preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Self-starter, goal-oriented, passionate about technology, and capable of quickly learning new IT solutions

Job Description:

• Provide support for IT troubleshooting end-to-end including service levels monitoring of both internal and outsourced IT service partners.
• Manage processes and data to meet the quality service and customer satisfaction standards.
• Collate, analyse and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit and governance.
