10. Prepare the half-yearly computation of G&A charge-out to regional JV
11. Prepare quarterly review of Lower of Cost or Market Value of inventory to determine potential write-down
12. Responsible for preparation of annual statutory accounts
13. Handles queries from external auditors during audits and preparation of audit schedules
14. Participates in the annual operating and capital budgets for planning and control purposes, includes addressing queries from various stakeholders including product line managers, department heads of functional groups etc and review reasonableness to ensure budgets are prepared in accordance with corporate guidelines
15. Preparation and coordination of SOX key control testing documentations to ensure internal control processes work effectively
16. Assists in handling new lease contracts within established system to ensure compliance with USGAAP and FRS 116 standard for lease accounting
17. Perform physical inventory count and other special assignments, as directed
18. Posting of vendor invoices as and when necessary

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with a strong emphasis and focus on lead generation.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing).
• Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.

- Handling second level of issues escalation from IT Support Officer.

- Maintain HR server, finger print devices.

- Maintain server for Dormitory Management System

- Maintain Active Directory, file server, FTP, backup server.

- Network monitoring.

- Setup and maintain wireless devices.

- Monitoring and maintain DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Proxy Server.

- Monitoring and maintain spam

- Monitoring and maintain print server, fax server

- Monitoring and maintain manage switches and network appliances

MINIMUM COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

- Diploma in Information Technology

- Minimum 3 years working experience

- Good knowledge in computer hardware, software, networking

- Good knowledge in Windows

- Well-versed with the operation of firewall/VPN, Anti-virus, Anti-Spam, Intrusion Detection

- Ability in administering, maintaining, optimizing windows active directory system security

- Ability to configure and set-up new server

- Strong trouble shooting and analytical skill

- Self-motivated, self-discipline, willing to learn and able to work independently

- Ability to work under pressure

- Service focused, positive, and patient attitude
