Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to build brand awareness and increase market share in Singapore.
· Plan and implement both online and offline marketing campaigns, including launch events, social media promotions, and partnerships with local influencers.
· Manage social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu) to maintain brand image and engage with the audience.
· Analyse market trends and campaign performance, proposing data-driven optimization strategies.
· Collaborate with external partners, such as advertising agencies and event organizers, to ensure effective execution.
· Monitor competitive activities and adjust marketing plans to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or branding, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
· Strong understanding of the Singapore market and consumer behaviour.
· Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and campaign strategy.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
· Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong copywriting skills being a plus.
