Resonsibilities:

• To manage and account common assets and inventory at the three primary locations.
• Activities include the managing of database and process asset/inventory receipts, transfers and disposal via Authorities IT systems.
• To administer the receiving, storage and distribution of assets at storehouse.
• To conduct cyclical stocktake for common assets and assets held within Authority premises.
• To support timely response to employees’ enquiries on logistics matters.
• To assist supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.
• To meet the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority.

• Diploma in Business Management or A-Level/ITE Certificate with relevant logistics experience

Responsibilities:

• Support with raising of procurement requests and perform goods receipt via Authorities IT systems.
• Liaise with vendors for item availability and delivery schedule.
• Support with the processing of Request For Quotation (RFQ) to vendors.
• Educate and guide employees on the procurement policies and processes.
• Provide monthly procurement status report.
• To support timely response to employees’ enquiries on procurement matters.
• To assist supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.
• To meet the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) and experience in SAP and Business Warehouse will be advantageous

The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:

• Provide on-site support various teams within organization
• Provide on-site frontline concierge service
• Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management
• Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents through vending and parcel locker machines at the three primary locations when needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and up-keeping of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations.
• Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works required to the infrastructure.
• Provide administrative support and content to drive the monthly promotion
• Provide administrative and operational support to plan, organise and conduct up to two monthly complimentary employee-related initiatives to improve employee productivity across the three buildings, such as sourcing and deployment of food trucks.
• Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge, the proposed manpower will escalate the service requests/status enquiries/feedback to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS) for case resolution
• Provide logistics and AV support for events organised within the three primary locations when needed.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced M365 Engineer to join our team. Will be responsible for setting up, configuring, managing, and operating our M365 tenant and workloads.

This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup and Configuration:

• Deploy and configure M365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Intune.

• Implement security and compliance policies to ensure data classification and compliance.

• Conduct Proof of Concept (POC), new product evaluations and fitment.

• Configure and manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions.

Management and Operation:

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of M365 services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services and applications.

• Perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with other IT teams to integrate M365 services with existing systems and applications.

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.

• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize M365 services.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 features, updates, and best practices.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Participate in the planning and lead execution of M365-related projects and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or other relevant certifications.

• Proven experience in setting up, configuring, managing, and operating M365 tenant and workloads.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Intune.

• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.

• Experience with hybrid M365 environments and integration with on-premises systems.

• Familiarity with security and compliance features in M365, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and related identity management solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
