Management of Multimedia Equipment and Inventory

• Perform maintenance and upkeep of multimedia equipment
• Maintain usage and service records of multimedia equipment and replacement
• Manage loans of multimedia equipment via school standardised loan procedures
• Perform asset checks of multimedia equipment
• sourcing for procurements, monitoring expenses and budget for costs incurred as part of maintenance and/or replacements

Other Duties

• Ad-hoc maintenance and update of school website
• Other duties pertaining to the area of multimedia (e.g., provide digital drawings of maps, design of brochures and posters)

Qualifications
• Minimum requirement of a Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification

Skills

• Have knowledge and be able to use, troubleshoot and provide advice for:Multimedia and photo-editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Flash, Illustrator)
  Google Suite for Education
  
• Able to operate cameras (e.g., DSLR) and video-cameras
• Preferably have skills in designing posters and brochures for school events
• Preferably have skills to conduct live-streaming, video conferencing or equivalent in schools
• Preferably have skills to maintain and update websites of schools

Experience

• At least 2 years experience in working as a Multimedia Specialist or has experience in multimedia production for events, functions, and projects in schools
• Preferably have experience training students and working with teachers in multimedia in a school environment
• Preferably have experience managing and working in AV/Info-com club or equivalent in schools
• Preferably have experience to perform asset checks of multimedia equipment in schools

About the Role

As an Operations Specialist, you will be part of Digital Procurement team and you will report to the Head of Digital Procurement. The Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day procurement tool-support related operations. This position involves coordinating various operational activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. You will be working closely with the Telenor business units and driving standardization by leveraging all tool features. The role requires you to consider avenues for continuous improvement. This is a permanent role and will be based out of Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:

Process Management:

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document, monitor and analyze workflows, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.

Data Analysis:

• Conduct data analysis across various procurement tools to identify opportunities for enhancing operational performance.

Qualification and SkillsRequirements

• University degree in Procurement, Finance, Analytics or Business Management
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in related field
• Experience in designing comprehensive user training content. Must be adept at creating clear, concise, and visually engaging instructional materials.

• Proficient in analytics and using visualisation tools (Visio, PowerBI, others)
