Job Responsibilities:

• Working in a team to design and develop a real-time, reliable and secured e-payment devices that processes millions of public transport commuters’ cards daily.
• The activities required to be performed shall include the following:
• Requirements gathering.
• Design and develop software applications for embedded devices.
• Implement and optimize communication protocols (e.g.TCP/IP, HTTPS, FTPS/SFTP, MQTT-S) to establish secure and reliable connections between embedded devices and on-premises/cloud platforms.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging and troubleshooting of embedded devices to identify and resolve issues related to functionality, connectivity, performance and reliability.
• Preparation and submission of deliverables throughout the Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) such as Business Rules, Software Requirement Specifications, Software Architecture Document, Design Specification, Interface Specifications, Source Codes, Testing Specification, Operation and Maintenance Manual,
• Training Manual and others documents as required in the SDLC processes.
• Assist day-to-day application support issues.
• Liaise with users on the requirementtesting and production issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
• Developed software in at least one full Software Development Lifecycle.
• Experience in writing Requirements Specification, Use Cases, Design Documentation, and designing software using object-oriented software design and UML modelling
• Good knowledge and experience in C++ on Embedded platforms (e.g. QNX, Vxworks, Embedded Linux).
• Experience in multi-threading, socket programming and serial/USB communication.
• At least 5 years’ experience in object-oriented software development.
• Prior experience in following areas Scrum AGILE methodology process is a plus:
• Scrum AGILE methodology process
• Develop and integrate embedded devices with cloud platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent and a good team player.

The Office of Service-Learning (OSL) seeks a purpose-driven individual for an impactful role facilitating meaningful learning between students and communities for social good.

You will support the delivery of SUSS Service-Learning courses and programmes, connecting SUSS students, alumni, faculty, staff and communities.

Major Duties & Responsibilies

• Identify and connect assets to develop and sustain partnerships with internal and external partners to co-create and curate Service-Learning opportunities; and capacity-building to deepen and strengthen stakeholders’ collective capability for social responsibility.
• Deliver Service-Learning credit-bearing courses and non-credit bearing programmes.
• Coordinate collaborations between OSL and SUSS schools and departments.
• Coach, mentor, and assess students, enabling students to meet the learning objectives specific to the range of Service-Learning experiences.
• Design, develop and conduct risk assessment, and ascertain that the Service-Learning opportunities/environment are safe and conducive.
• Design, develop and conduct translational research and solutions (if required).
• Develop and manage certification programmes in specialist domain areas (if required).
• Manage the administrative duties (pre and post event publicity, data management, procurement etc.) generated in fulfilment of the scope stated above.
• Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by immediate supervisor, and participate in university-wide activities.
• Attend training and development courses relevant to work and/or personal development.

Job Requirements

• A good university degree, preferably with postgraduate degree and/or professional qualification, where relevant.
• Strong experience in asset-based approaches to Service-Learning and Community Engagement, Volunteer Management and Student Leadership Development.
• Intellectually inquisitive, with a good understanding of global and local trends in both the social sector, and Service-Learning and community engagement.
• Passion for working with students and community. Able to build rapport, motivate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong analytical, communication, networking and presentation skills.
• A resourceful team player with initiative and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity.
• Meticulous, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with people and managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, validate, and process sales orders.
• Confirm, monitor, reschedule, and reconfirm orders as needed.
• Verify product availability and collaborate with the planning team to ensure order fulfillment by the required delivery date.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and other customer-required documents.
• Maintain close follow-up and coordination with countries to provide timely and accurate information about orders.
• Communicate with the warehouse for order picking, packing, shipping conditions, and shipment booking to ensure timely collection and dispatch of goods.
• Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as the escalation point for shipment issues, clarifications, and support.
• Maintain and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with forwarders and the 3PL team.
• Manage and track spot quote Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for exceptional shipment requirements and cost control.
• Proactively explore cost-saving and sustainability opportunities, driving their implementation.
• Manage the Transportation Management System (TMS) dashboard and ensure data accuracy, collaborating with the transport team and forwarders to maintain Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics or business related fields

1. Monitor and manage marketplace operations including product listing creation/update, content

management, product market research. Ensure products are synchronize in all marketplaces.

2. Responsible for marketing campaign registration in marketplaces. Utilize marketing tools on the

platform with Key Account Managers (for campaign pages, homepage exposure, voucher exposure,

BMO, etc.)

3. Participate in the preparation of store promotion strategy and coordinate internal resources to

achieve sales target.

4. Create, manage and refresh store layout design in all the marketplace. Ability to create a new

store from scratch will be highly valued.

5. Involve in the operations of inventories management, fulfillment and packing of parcels, assist in inventories update and unpacking of goods.
