We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Product Specialist.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop a deep understanding of financial data products, including features, benefits, and applications in the market. Preferrable, intermediate knowledge private markets
• Client Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring they maximize the value of our offerings
• Conduct research to understand our white space opportunity across multiple markets and customer personas, competitor offerings, and industry trends that may impact our product development
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients and internal teams, ensuring they understand and are equipped to utilize our products effectively
• Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to gather feedback, identify key target prospects and drive continuous improvement of our product suite
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials

What you’ll bring to us:

• 5+ years of experience in a product specialist, sales specialist, or similar role within a financial services provider, or in a financial institution
• Proven success in interfacing with client-facing teams and leading pre-sales support and solution development that involves complex financial @ Preqin Strictly private and confidential data
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand how our new products are performing and explore how we should approach pricing and packaging
• Experience developing educational materials and delivering training on the use of financial data products or workflow products; support continuous improvement of the knowledge and materials used by sales enablement with regard to our product offering
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Managing the structured products documentation and issuance process
• Drafting of various issuance documents and reports including legally binding documentation for structured products in close cooperation with trading, structuring, middle office, sales and legal & compliance and external partners
• Setting up products in the risk and trading system
• Daily lifecycle and corporate action management
• Automation of product documentation and processes in close cooperation with the IT department
• Website maintenance for product related publications

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor and/or master’s degree in finance or economics
• Practical experience in the structured products and/or OTC derivatives area
• Basic knowledge in financial derivatives and payoff of structured products
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Initiative, team-oriented and communicative personality
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in English
• Good IT user skills, especially in Excel

NICE TO HAVE

• VBA knowledge

Must have 10+ years of experience in Testing.

Technical / Professional Skills:

· Experience in Automaton Testing using UFT, API Automation Testing using SoapUI

· Experience in testing Client/Server and web- based applications.

• Experience in developing different types of test automation frameworks such as Keyword Driven, Data Driven and Hybrid
• Good Experience in Testing of API Services (REST/SOAP) using SOAPUI.
• Expertise in Functional, System, Regression, GUI, Ad-hoc Testing.
• Expertise in defect logging and tracking with high level of detail, accuracy and informative recreation steps using defect management tools like Quality Centre and JIRA.
• Extensively used Quality centre to maintain test cases, automation test scripts and execution.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and waterfall models.
