The Global Information Security (GIS) Cyber Brand Defense (CBD) team investigates and engages external digital threats that impact the bank’s interests. This includes identifying, investigating, and remediating cybersecurity threats. This role would support the Executive Digital Protection Program in enrollment, manual scanning for cyber threats and managing vendor relationships to provide white glove service to executives and reacting in real-time to threats as they arise.

Cyber Brand Defense Specialists are expected to operate independently and leverage best-in-class investigation skills across multiple concurrent investigations to find external engagement opportunities that reduce risk to the firm, the firm's interests or customers. CBD Specialists are expected to apply existing risk frameworks with minimal supervision. The MolyCop business currently has 12 manufacturing facilities located throughout Australasia, South and North America, Europe. The business supplies steel consumables, primarily grinding media to the Copper and Gold mineral processing sector. The business has revenues in excess of $1.4Billion and employs more than 1200 direct employees.

MolyCop’s raw material feedstock strategy incorporates a range of supply options including domestic sourcing, make own via our EAF steelmaking facilities located in Canada and importing ~800KT of bar and other traded products. The Singapore trading office is responsible for the sourcing and supply of our imported bar needs.

Role Purpose:

The goal of this position is to provide daily operational support to our Procurement Management team including Request for Quotations, purchase order placement, expediting, handling end to end LC application process, full set of shipping documents, tracking of orders and managing routine documentation for purchase orders in accordance to Molycop procurement policy, procedures, process and delegations of authority.

Role Accountabilities:

1. Procurement & Contract Support

· Full procurement cycle.

· RFQ against forecast and receipt of supplier proposals.

· Weeky RFQ update – Freight, material cost and etc.

· Manage order processing in Dynamics 365 - creating Coversheet, Purchase and Sales contract, load creation, goods receipt, delivery note confirmation and commercial invoice issuance.

· Coordinate pre-shipment inspection arrangements with the QA/QC team and suppliers.

2. Expediting and shipping documentation

· Upkeep cargo readiness and delivery status for all contracts.

· Advising suppliers on vessels ETA and co-ordinate inspections schedule with our QA/QC department.

· Reviewing details on Charter-Party Bill of Lading.

3. Financing
