Skills & Experience

• Experience working in central / commercial kitchen setting
• Adhere strictly to halal requirements
• Valid certification in Basic Food Hygiene

able to do vegetarian cooking, good cooking skill,

cut and prepare vegetables & vegetarian ingredients.

able to have long standing hours, good hygiene, good interpersonal skills, be a good team player.

able to multi task & adaptability

menu development (optional)

able to work in fast pace environment.

Handling of meat or alcohol not required so Muslims are welcome to apply too.
