We are looking for an experienced cook to join our team at our Korean restaurant.
[Key Responsibilities]
· Maintain daily kitchen operations and prepare ingredients.
· Inspect and clean food preparation areas, to ensure safe and sanitary food-handligh practices.
· Ensure high standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation.
· Keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
· Have full knowledge of all menu items and promotions.
· Adhere to recipes and stock management.
· Adjust cooking based on guest preferences.
[Qualifications]
· Minimum 1+ year of working experience in culinary position, preferably in Korean cuisine.
· Knowledge of different culinary techniques, with an emphasis on Korean cooking.
· Certificate in Culinary or relative training.
· Strong understanding of Korean food ingredients, flavors, and cooking methods.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
· Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
· Creative approach to menu development and willingness to innovate.
