The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Department of Pharmacy, Faculty of Science. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following -

• Work closely with Programme Director and Dean's Office to take charge of the end-to-end administration of the postgraduate research-based PhD and MSc programmes throughout the student lifecycle, including student admission, handling student enquiries, student module registration, managing programme website, etc.
• Collaborate with the Programme Director and Dean's Office to manage the programmes' admission cycles to upkeep the programmes' quality.
• Manage the administration of the programmes' examinations, including PhD Qualifying Examinations and PhD/MSc thesis examinations.
• Monitor students' progress under the Graduate Assistance Programme (GAP) and Thesis Advisory Committees (TAC).
• For Assistant Manager level: Applicant at this level would be expected to oversee the portfolio both strategically as well as operationally with minimal supervision.
• Provide other administrative support to the Department as deemed necessary.

• Academic qualification: Masters/Bachelor degree from a recognized University, preferably in Sciences.

This leader will have oversight on all content generated on the platform and all RA projects and will be responsible for managing client expectations, watching timelines and budgets, and keeping abreast of client needs.

About the Role :-

This role will advance Regulatory Affairs (RA) functions by planning and driving initiatives focused on continuous improvements and operational excellence of regulatory systems and processes, as well as creating and maintaining mechanisms for rapid tactical execution of regulatory tasks.
