Job Description:

• Responsible for coordinating all import and export shipments based on allocation
• Preparation of permit declaration (Pure CO, Permit with CO, Permit for Export/Import/Air)
• Ensure daily customers’ enquiries are attended to and not limited to order and delivery status
• Handling incoming calls with the intent of providing customer satisfaction
• Work in conjunction with sales representatives to provide pre-and / post-sales support
• Ensure timely and accurately client invoicing and billings to customers
• Purchase of insurance and arrange any insurance claim for customer
• Responsible to draft and issue quotation to potential and existing customer
• Any other ad-hoc duties task by manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-years’ experience in Customer Service (Freight Forwarding Industry preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and steward all of church’s properties including interior and exterior of buildings, ground landscapes, equipment, plants, and vehicles
• Supervise, manage and work closely with security guards and cleaners
• Supervise and ensure proper works are carried out by external contractors
• Ensure proper protection before commencement of works and clean up after
• Conduct periodic checks and reports on existing plants, machineries and facilities, plants and landscape
• Implement maintenance schedules including hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance of all M&E plants and equipment, sanitary and plumbing works and other building works
• Supervise and coordinate installation of new equipment and in-house upgrading projects and renovation works to ensure compliance with by-laws
• Review and make constant improvements to facilities
• Keep and update inventory records of assets
• Prepare contractors’ and suppliers’ payment claims
• Submit weekly, monthly and urgent maintenance reports
• Review, request and recommend renewal of existing contracts or new service quotations
• Supervise and ensure proper allocation of storage space and control of usage of storage throughout the organization
• Manage facility bookings and control building automation for locking and unlocking as well as activities of rooms/hall, doors and air-conditioning systems
• Supervise and ensure submission of defects listing and works requiring repairs
• Supervise the preparation of facilities or decors/fixture for all church events/ weddings and festive seasons, including arranging of chairs and setting up stage

Requirements:

• NTC2 qualification or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Relevant knowledge in computing, M&E and facilities management

• Leverage existing JLL client relationships by introducing new infrastructure and renewable opportunities and lead origination activities and on-boarding of new core infrastructure clients across the region.
• Originate and execute opportunities for debt and equity-raising, transaction/M&A, and advisory assignments that will position JLL as the preferred partner across the APAC region for large infrastructure and renewable deals.
• Have a deep understanding of the infrastructure financing landscape across APAC and assist with sourcing of domestic and international funding for infrastructure and renewable deals.

Ideal Experience
