This role is contract for twelve (12) months and subject for renewal with good performance.

1. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.

2. Payroll & Benefits Administration

- Handle payroll processing, leave management, and administer employee benefits such as medical claims and insurance.

3. HR Policy Implementation

- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and assist in updating policies to align with regulations.

4. Training

- Schedule mandatory employee's training, programs, and maintain training records.

5. Employee Records Management

- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy.

6. Office Administration

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, replying to emails, answering phone calls, maintain proper filing and organization of documents, communicating with relevant government agencies

7. Compliance Management

- Ensure adherence to legal requirements, including labor laws (Employment Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, etc.) and company regulations.

8. Employee Relations & Grievances

- Act as a point of contact for employees queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and assisting in conflict resolution.

Responsibilities include:
-Assist in daily operations
-Ensure that the cafe and coffee house is properly maintained and clean
-Oversee food preperations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliency.
-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks
-resolving of conflicts in a professional way

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to walk-in as well as our online platforms’ customers

· Attend to customers’ queries in-store and online stores

· Ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction

· Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.

· Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Inventory management - support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts

· Work in a team to develop marketing strategies to bring more revenue to the store and the digital sales

· Conceptualize and set the best campaign merchandise plan for online campaigns

· Work together with operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process

· Actively manage online shop enquiries and maintain the highest customer satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum GCE “N” level

· Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

· Good spoken English and another language to speak to clients from multilingual environment (preferably Malay/Indonesian)

· Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage

· Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets

· Strong focus on self-improvement and performance

· Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays

· Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage

· Commercial awareness and sales drive – to sell more products through our multiple online platforms

· Preferably previous e-commerce experience, although not required. A strong learning attitude and a self-motivated drive to excel is important

Responsibilities:

• Generating of billings for clients.
• Issue Credit Note and pass A/R adjustments
• Perform credit card charging for upfront payments and card card’s settlement
• Identification of cash receipt for bank accounts and receipts on behalf
• Attend to clients’ enquiries in relation to invoices
• Check, Review & Post Receipts
• Prepare / Send Giro Form to bank
• Generate & Reconcile monthly A/R report
• Record intercompany receipt on behalf
• Perform Bank reconciliation
• Participate in process improvement projects

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Receivables
• Independent to fulfil tasks and a team player to perform tasks in the company workflow
• Competent in MS Office and ERP systems

Working Location: Yishun

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm

Salary: $3,500
