Position Overview:
The Finance & HR Assistant/Executive will play a key role in supporting both financial and human resource functions within the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Functions:
* Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
* Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
* Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Reconcile bank statements
* Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
* Coordinate with auditors and assist in tax-related matters.
HR Functions:
* Manage employee records, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
* Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
* Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts and exit documents.
* Manage part time payroll processing, including tracking attendance and leave records.
* Assist in employee training, development programs, and performance reviews.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
1) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2) Proven experience in finance or HR, preferably in a dual-role capacity.
3) Proficiency in accounting software and HR management tools.
4) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
5) High level of integrity and confidentiality.
6) Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP systems.
Certification in finance, Business Administration is a plus.
