Functions and Responsibilities

· Support Operator / Marine Superintendent in maintaining / updating HSSEQ management system

· To monitor the speed & consumption of all vessels to comply with respective Charter party requirements.

The Opportunity

About The Role

Purpose and Scope:

The person is responsible as project planning executive to assist the planning manager & planning engineer to facilitate, consolidate, track and liaison of all submissions, approvals, drawings and other documents for authority compliance, commencement, construction and completion of a project.

The person is responsible to assist the planning manager & planning engineer in creating and monitoring project execution plans and highlight deviations and communicate to respective stakeholders. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor project master schedule to ensure documents submission is on time.
