Roles & Responsibilities

· Update invoices and other accounting documents or records.

· Update and maintain accounting records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).

· Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.

· Reconciles records employees and management, or external vendors or customers.

· Maintenance of worker payroll including the calculating of CPF and generating of payslips

· Monitoring the accounts receivables and payables to ensure that all invoices are paid on timely basis

· Preparing checks, deposits.

Requirements:

· Need to work from 1pm to 830 pm daily to meet staff who started work after 6pm for their payroll issue

· Experience as accounting executive

· Knowledge of Payroll is advantages

· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.

· Organized and efficient with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations and Reporting

• Oversee and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Prepare and review financial reports such as P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.

3. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
• Support automation initiatives for greater efficiency in financial operations.

4. Public Holiday Standby and Overtime

• Be on standby during public holidays to handle urgent financial matters, including payroll processing, critical reporting, or operational support.
• Work overtime when needed to meet project deadlines, closing schedules, or resolve urgent financial issues.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with other departments to align financial processes with business goals.
• Support ad hoc projects or initiatives as assigned by management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial perations or accounting roles.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance with regulations.
• Serve as the primary liaison regarding work passes and immigration matters.
• Handle daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide assistance during weekends and public holidays to resolve urgent work pass issues or other administrative matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative roles, with a focus on work pass applications.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and online application portals (e.g., MOM’s Work Pass System).

Responsibilities:
