An Executive Chauffeur provides tailored transportation services for the senior management team. This role goes beyond driving, ensuring the senior management’s safety, comfort, and convenience through meticulous route planning, vehicle upkeep, confidentiality, and professional support.

Essential requirement: Candidate must have experience driving and demonstrate familiarity with Electric Vehicles (EVs).

Key Responsibilities

• Driving: Transport senior management team to meetings, events, or appointments, choosing the best routes, avoiding jams and arrived punctually for every engagement.
• (EV) Vehicle Care: Keep the car clean, charged, and in good working condition.
• Security and Safety: Implement measures to ensure senior management team’s safety through meticulous route planning, situational awareness, and strict compliance to security protocols.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and respect confidentiality regarding senior management team’s schedule, meetings, and personal matters.
• Assistance: Provide additional assistance as required, including running errands, picking up documents or packages, and supporting the senior management team in any other capacity related to transportation and pick-ups.
• Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols. Maintain a clean driving record and up-to-date driving licenses.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the senior management team, executive assistant and other relevant staff to coordinate schedules and address any transportation needs.
• Punctuality: Coordinate with the senior management team / executive assistant on schedule to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of ‘N’ level or equivalent. Certifications in defensive driving or vehicle maintenance are advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience as a private driver or personal driver, preferably for senior executives or high-profile individuals.
• Should assume the role of company driver within the last 5 years.
• Had driven and is familiarity with electric vehicles, with at least 1 year of experience in driving EV vehicle.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 or equivalent driving license with a clean record (0 demerit points in the past 5 years).
• Excellent driving abilities with a proven safety record.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking associates.

• Analyze the applications of prospective students (local and aboard) based on admission policies.
• Responsible for all students’ status on their Student Pass application, appeal, issuance, costs incurred etc.
• Responsible for all Agent application, renewal and update of agent list as required under Skillfuture Guidance Documents.
• Familiar with Immigration Checkpoints & Authority ("ICA") for application cases and handle the creation of SOLAR+ accounts.
• Provide support to recruitment team on preparation of admission documents and hosting student enquiries online and on-site.
• Participate in all student recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
• Maintain a database of student information, student feedbacks in order to generate student reports whenever required.

Job Responsibilities

User Support

• Respond to users’ support requests using Help Desk system;
• Assist with installing, configuring and maintaining PCs, networking equipment and network operating systems.
• Escalate support requests to senior team members when required.

IT Administration

• Perform basic administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives.

Business Application Support

• Demonstrate progress of performing basic tasks within business applications under the supervision.
• Liaise with vendors when necessary;
• Maintain documentations in Help Desk system, User Manuals, Knowledge base, and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, IT-related courses
• Able to work independently and support business units daily
• Candidates with 1 to 2 years of working experience in IT industry may apply
• Ability deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile (Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Android and Apple IOS).

Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer portfolio risk level and enforce margin call policy.
• Identify and report key risks material to the Group and recommend mitigating solutions.
• Review credit limit applications by performing customer due diligence checks and portfolio assessment to better establish appropriate trading limit for various groups of clients.
• Carry out periodic review of counter analysis.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on timely debt recovery matters.
• Maintain and update the operation manual as and when necessary.
• Preparation of periodic reporting to regulators and Management.
• Participate in system development and enhancement projects.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experiences in Options and Futures risk management would be an advantage.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in brokerage or financial industry with credit risk control exposure would be preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills required to work closely with different stakeholders within the Group.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

THE ROLE

Handle cargo operations including quantity & quality control, vessel operations, vessel vetting, instructions on loading/discharging/ inspections, demurrage management, cargo insurance matters, checking letter of credit and related troubleshooting
Blending operations, blending component evaluations, instructions on blending/ inspections, inventory management & projection, knowledge in cargo sampling & testing, related documentations and related troubleshooting
Record/ update the database related with the above transactions
Other ad hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
5-10 years of hands-on experience in cargo and vessel operations in an oil and/or gas trading company
Knowledge in Maritime law
Excellent skills in Excel are preferred
