About The Role

Job Description

• To originate and develop banking relationships with Singapore-based corporates across diversified industries
• Manage the due diligence/KYC process to ensure adherence with the bank’s policies and regulations
• Involved in the structuring and deal execution process
• Cross-selling and working closely with other product partners in the bank to offer a wide suite of bank's product capabilities
• Keeping abreast with industry trends through periodic industry research
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders (legal and compliance team, credit approvers, back office, etc) to ensure a smooth transaction process

Requirement

Jobs Description:

• Assist superior in handling and managing a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial agent services
• Handling client acceptance and compliance checks such as CDD
• Assist in conversion of XBRL
• Assist in company incorporation, registration of branches, representative offices, striking-off of companies and other ongoing corporate secretarial matters

Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:
