• Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing with at least 3 years of relevant experience in F & B industry will be an advantage
• Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients

Key Responsibilities:

1. Material and Sample Dispatches:Manage and oversee the dispatch of materials and samples across Asia Pacific and Singapore regions.
   Ensure timely and accurate shipments, working closely with the logistics team.
   
2. Inventory Control and Shipments:Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
   Track and manage shipments for smooth delivery and receipt.
   
3. Coordination with Import/Export:Coordinate with import/export departments to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and smooth operations.
   
4. Customer Service & Market Research:Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
   Conduct market surveys and research to identify trends and opportunities.
   
5. Trading Activities:Participate in the trading process, ensuring all procedures align with business objectives.
   
6. Sales & Report Preparation:Prepare and update monthly sales targets, achievement reports, and other relevant performance reports.
   Manage petty cash, travel reports, and exhibition-related reports.
   
7. File Management:Maintain and create new files, ensuring proper organization and record-keeping.
   
8. Post and Mailing:Handle all aspects of posting and mailing, ensuring timely delivery of documents and materials.
   
9. Payment Follow-ups:Manage and follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collection.

This full-time position is based in our Singapore office and is integral to delivering exceptional accounting and administrative services to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will provide comprehensive accounting and administrative services to support our clients' financial needs. Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of accounting and bookkeeping tasks for clients
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records, including financial statements, tax computations, and tax filings in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
• Assisting clients with tax preparation and addressing any related queries
• Supporting the accounting team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Building strong relationships with clients by addressing their financial concerns and providing timely assistance

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Proven ability to independently prepare financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax computation and filing, as well as Singapore tax laws and accounting standards
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBook, MYOB, or the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
