Key Responsibilities:

Content and Editorial Management

• Editorial Calendar & Content Creation: Oversee the planning and production of content for SeaVoices, ensuring that monthly thought leadership pieces and event reports are curated and published.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure content aligns with the organization's brand guidelines and engages various target audiences.
• Editorial Tasks: Edit newsletters, reports, publications, and web content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality.

Event Management

• Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate the planning and execution of both local and overseas events, ensuring smooth operations.
• Speechwriting & EDMs: Draft speeches, review and approve event-related emails (EDMs), and manage media coverage, including outreach and post-event approvals.

Corporate Image

• Annual Report Development: Oversee the creation of the annual report, working closely with design vendors to ensure brand consistency.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a high standard of brand communication across all materials and collateral.

Team Collaboration

• Content Metrics Analysis: Track and analyze content metrics to provide actionable insights to department heads.
• Team Support: Assist with special projects and additional duties to support the team’s goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree/ Diploma in Business Management / Mass Communications / Multimedia or equivalent
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Good written and spoken communications and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills – able to build excellent rapport and networks across functional boundaries and external organizations
• Good team player
• Resourceful, pro-active and meticulous
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Strong project management skills and ability to execute tasks independently
• Computer literate (MS-Office)
• Familiar with website maintenance/updating and multimedia generating software (eg. Photoshop, movie maker) an advantage
• Simple photography skills an advantage

Executive or Senior Executive, Colleges and Chapters

Location: Kim Keat Rd

Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Working time: 830am-6pm (Mon-Thurs) ; 830am - 530pm (Fri)
Salary: $3300 - $4200

Job Responsible:

• Provide secretariat and admin support for Colleges/Chapters organisational needs;
• Attend to meeting notices, agenda and minutes, and meeting logistics, including Council meetings and AGMs;
• Coordinate inputs and feedback on professional opinions;
• Assist in preparation and management of operating budgets;
• Administer requests for payments and invoices;
• Assist in production and distribution of promotional materials;
• Ensure currency and accuracy of information on website;
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations;
• Handle regular continuing medical education and continuing professional development programmes and activities;
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business Administration/Public Relations/Marketing Communication or equivalent;
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Administration and Secretariat support, preferably from the healthcare industry;
• Proficient in MS office;
• Able to work beyond office hours and on weekends/Public Holidays for meetings and events. (Time off given)
