Responsibilities
Corporate Office Manager
Admin / Office
â—Ź Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings
● Maintaining and proper filing of general office files, including job files,vendor files and other files related to the Company’s operations
â—Ź Purchasing and managing office supplies, equipment and furniture, including pantry and cleaning supplies
â—Ź Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
â—Ź Attend to telephone enquiries promptly
â—Ź Supervise the cleaning vendor
â—Ź Liaise with Facilities Management department on maintenance and repairs
HR
â—Ź Lead and work with management on all human resource matters in the company
â—Ź Application and coordination of government and other grants
Finance
â—Ź Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking
â—Ź Management of payments and company IRAS submissions
â—Ź Management of staff payroll, including CPF submission and IR8A submissions
â—Ź Prepare reports, as required, for submission
Others
â—Ź Report and work with Managing Director / General Manager on any other human resource, finance or office management related duties
Requirements
â—Ź At least 3 years of related experience in a similar role
â—Ź Good proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, and able to adapt and use software applications
â—Ź Bilingual and knowledge of other spoken language will be an advantage
â—Ź Able to prioritize, problem-solve and is meticulous in follow through
â—Ź Independent and a good team worker
