Together, these schools provide internationally recognized programmes and high-quality education to over 20,000 students globally. RESPONSIBILITIES
Position:Ā Accounts Executive
Reporting To:Ā Accountant

Job Description:
- Responsible for full set of accounts of the schools/entities assigned, including the preparation of monthly management accounts with variance analysis
- Responsible for all audit and tax filing matters
- Responsible for intercompany billing, preparing month end schedules and filing of GST returns
- Monitor and follow up on all outstanding receivables
- Prepare regular cash flow forecast
- Handle staff claims, procurement, petty cash and miscellaneous sales
- Liaising with parents on receivables, feedbacks and exception requests
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
Who are we looking for:
- Diploma or degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience with full sets of accounts
- Good knowledge of accounting concepts and double entries
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Navision preferred
- Good track record in accounts receivable
- Independent, well organized, have an open mindset and a strong team player
- Availability on short notices preferred
