Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Operations: You will be the face of the Centre, greeting visitors and answering phone calls. You will handle administrative tasks such as registration of new students, managing walk-ins, and responding to inquiries from parents.
• Sales and Enrolment Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract new students and increase enrolment.Conduct outreach to potential students and their families through various channels, including phone calls and emails. • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, managing student records, and preparing reports as needed. Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure smooth operation of classes and timely communication with parents regarding student progress. Handle general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Reporting: You will be responsible for keeping the Centre Manager informed of any issues or concerns that arise. You will also be expected to provide regular updates on the Centre's performance, including enrolment and attendance.
• Collaboration: You will be workin closely with the Teaching & Curriculum Team to ensure that students receive the best possible education and support. You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, enrolment management or administrative roles, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and enrolment management software.

About The Role

Project Summary
The Behavioural Insights Centre of Excellence in SUSS is seeking a qualified research executive to support the study of “Development and Validation of a Platform Worker Occupational Well-being Indicator Tool”. The approach to this project will be through interviews, and surveys. The intent of the project is to develop and validate an indicator tool for platform workers to measure their occupational well-being. The project is scheduled to run for one year.
