Job Description
* Handle administrative tasks, including walk-in, phone, and email queries.
* Maintain and update membership records, fees, and GIRO.
* Manage membership processes and engage members via social media.
* Liaise with government agencies and coordinate members' training/activities.
* Conduct member visitations and support zonal/sectional events.
* Assist in joint departmental initiatives and support the Membership Development Manager.
* Perform additional duties, including occasional after-hours or weekend work.
Requirements
* Diploma holder preferred.
* 1 to 2 years relevant working experience
* Possess a valid class 3 driving license
* Good interpersonal and communications skills
* Must enjoy outdoor activities
