About ReCAAP ISC

The Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia Information Sharing Centre (ReCAAP ISC) is the first regional government-to-government agreement to promote and enhance cooperation against piracy and armed robbery against ships in Asia.

This position plays a significant role in internal investigations undertaken by the Ethics & Compliance organization within the Legal Department at ServiceNow. This role will work collaboratively with members of the Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, Alliance & Channel Ecosystem, and Sales teams at ServiceNow. The successful candidate must radiate a “can-do” attitude.

This position reports to the Director, Legal – Investigations and will be based at a ServiceNow location in Singapore. The successful candidate for this position will lead and support internal investigations undertaken by the Ethics & Compliance organization on a global basis.

• Collaborate on a broad range of global investigations related to potential violations of company policies or laws
• Conduct interviews of reporters and witnesses, perform document reviews, and perform related research
• Ensure that internal investigations are conducted in accordance with existing policies and procedures
• Coordinate with Ethics & Compliance colleagues strategically located at global ServiceNow locations.
• Translate investigative findings into enhancements of underlying compliance programs to improve the daily operations of those programs
• Contribute to quarterly presentations for the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors
• Maintain and assess data on trends and patterns of allegations and investigations
• As requested, issue reports regarding specific investigations for presentation to senior leadership
• Collaborate with ServiceNow colleagues on a global basis
• Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and government enforcement initiatives
• As appropriate, partner with outside legal counsel on investigative strategies and tactics

• Perform the preparation and cooking of assigned menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils at all times.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food processing regulations set by the company and government.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and immediately report any malfunctions to the superior.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

Treasury

• To perform a broad range of treasury functions which includes cash management; bank loan management including rollovers, drawdown and compliance.

• In charge of opening and maintenance of bank accounts, internet banking and application of bank facilities.
