Job Summary

This position will be responsible for the management of product registrations, product compliance or product safety and risk assessment for Animal Nutrition & Health. IFF applies expert science to advance market-driven, healthy, and sustainable solutions for the food/feed, beverage, dietary supplements, and many other industries. The Regional Regulatory Affairs teams support the regional and global compliance programs across IFF product lines. We are now looking for a dynamic talent to join our Singapore team as Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist.

Your Focus

As Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for the management of registrations, compliance or safety and risk assessment for Animal Nutrition in Southeast Asia. You will work closely with IFF Global, Regional, Country regulatory affairs team and business stakeholders, to achieve IFF objectives.

The role will see you provide accurate understanding and interpretation of relative regulations and the capacity of regulatory knowledge development to explain and defend positions. The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist will be a crucial part of Bioscience overall regulatory compliance structure and team. You must ensure compliance within the area of responsibility and support as Key liaison with equivalent roles in the region, to ensure a coherent, consistent strategy on a global basis.

The role will report into the Bioactive Asia Pac Regulatory Affairs Director.

How You Will Contribute

The responsibilities will be progressing over time, and include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Preparing product registration dossiers for new approvals and renewals, monitor and follow up process.
• Maintain expert knowledge on local regulatory procedures to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements and timelines are met.
• Develops and maintain relationships with relevant regional competent authorities and trade associations.
• Maintain close interaction with regional business teams to identify needs, align on Regional objectives and prioritize the efforts, while incorporating Global needs.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Science or any other relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of Regulatory experience in Food and Feed industry.
• Strong experience in Regulatory Affairs management of registrations, compliance or safety and risk assessment.
• Deep regulatory knowledge of the applicable regulatory requirements specifically Animal Nutrition products in Southeast Asia.

Scope of Responsibilities :

• Responsible for leadership and general management of all medical affairs activities for Nemolizumab in JPAC
• Collaborate with country medical leads to ensure implementation of robust medical plans and KTL engagement strategies
• In collaboration with the Global Medical Indication Lead, develop and implement medical strategy for nemolizumab in Prurigo Nodularis and Atopic Dermatitis with JPAC affiliates.

Requirement :

• Medical Degree (MD), Medical scientific PhD or another adequate Natural Science (PharmD) higher degree is required. Dermatology or Immunology expertise is essential.
• 7+ years of successful experience in local or regional medical affairs role
• Pre-launch/launch experience with specialty medicines in the field of specialty product in dermatology / immunology / allergy / rheumatology required (ie: biologics)

• As the Sales Manager, you will engage with corporate clients, event planners, and agencies to generate new business and enhance client retention. You will also engage with them to understand their requirements and prepare customized proposals satisfying their needs whilst delivering the highest level of service which is expected of our brand.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, including revenue generation, booking trends, and client feedback, and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a property of similar standing. Pre-opening experience would be useful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with a well ingrained sales & service mindset. The incumbent also needs to be equipped with a proven track record of business negotiation and customer / stakeholder management skills.

• Planning, allocate and executing cargo operations with supplier in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers from other countries to avoid delay.
• Communicate effectively with the team members about the progression of the cargo matters.
• Follow up and manage the inventory by liaising externally to check inventory.
• Source the most profitable freight rate from forwarders & warehouses.
• Adhere to internal SOPs and contribute to implementing operational procedures.

Responsibilities :

• Update and maintain statutory and corporate records required by Companies Act
• Prepare board resolutions and minutes
• Prepare and filing of e-forms (ACRA) and e-stamping of transfer forms
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with ACRA filing requirements
• Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned

• Sufficient corporate secretarial experiences to be able to handle corporate secretarial works independently
• Able to carry out general admin duties
• Able to multi-task and prioritise work

• At least Degree and above
