Job Purpose: This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of custody services and corporate actions processing for the brokerage and investment bank's clients. Custody Services Management:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in local and global custody services and voluntary and mandatory corporate actions processing within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of leadership and managerial experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and objectives.
