Contracting Management

• Develop the Contracting Strategy appropriate for the project scope, project strategy and contractor market; to be involved as early as Investment Proposal in the development of Contracting Strategy.
• Manage the pre-qualification process.
• Set up the contract (s), execute potential scope changes, schedule obstacles, and in cooperation and alignment with the Project Manager.

Supplier Management

• Organize pre-qualification for the tender under allocation

• Project & Category Strategy Development
• Based on key categories of procurement plan, develop and execute a project strategy and category strategy. Responsible for ensuring the availability of the goods and services according to functional budget and planning requirements

• Execute the annual terminal procurement plan and budget as per allocation
• Perform spend analysis, contract analyses, categories review, process improvement analyses and define initiatives to be included in the annual terminal procurement plan and budget cycle.
