The role holder, reporting to the Financial Controller, is

- To be responsible for managing day-to-to-today activities in treasury and corporate functions to meet the financial and regulatory obligations of the group.

- To assist the Group in audit and accounts functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Treasury

• To perform a broad range of treasury functions which includes cash management; bank loan management including rollovers, drawdown and compliance.

• To manage intercompany loans.

• To maintain & update all relevant banking records which include maintaining bank account Master Database, updating of consolidated report of banking facilities / charges and utilization.

• In charge of opening and maintenance of bank accounts, internet banking and application of bank facilities.

• To support business stakeholders in FX and trade financing matters.

• To identify business and market opportunities and work closely with banks for new funding scheme and evaluate current scheme for improvement.

• To coordinate with internal stakeholders on Tax compliance requests such as FATCA.

• To prepare weekly cash flow consolidation, consisting of short- and medium-term requirements.

Corporate

• To assist in the preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.

• To assist in ensuring filing compliance in accordance with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.

Accounting and Audit

• To support audit related matters including preparation of bank and directors’ confirmations.

• To assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards and group guidelines.

• To assist in the review of payments and receipts.

Others

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationship with key internal and external stakeholders by providing high level support and engagement and maintain consistent strong operational relationships.

• To work with Legal Department on Banks’ Letter of Offer and negotiate terms and conditions with our banks.

Business Development

Operational Excellence

- Review department's Internal Procedures and Processes Controls (IPPC) on AML and CFT and update IPPC when there are changes to ensure compliance with ACRA rules, regulations an Corporate Service Provider Law (CSP Law)

- Streamline processes and implement best practices to enhance department efficiency and effectiveness

- Prepare and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; a professional certification in Corporate Governance or Company Secretarial Pactice is preferred

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial practice, with at least 3 years in a management role

Strong understanding of Singapore's corporate regulations and compliance landscape

The Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia Information Sharing Centre (ReCAAP ISC) is the first regional government-to-government agreement to promote and enhance cooperation against piracy and armed robbery against ships in Asia.

The Agreement entered into force on 4 September 2006 with 14 Asian countries as Contracting Parties, and the Information Sharing Centre was established on 29 November 2006. To date, 21 States have become Contracting Parties to ReCAAP.

Roles and responsibility:

1. Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial team, including preparation of documents
2. To prepare board resolutions and minutes of meetings using templates
3. Update and maintain registers and corporate secretarial records
4. Perform e-filing with ACRA and e-stamping transactions with IRAS
5. Conduct Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and record documentation
6. Assist with providing administrative support to company top management
7. Reach out to clients for statutory deadlines and reminders
8. Respond to clients queries in a timely and professional manner
9. Work with other departments to ensure that the clients requests and requirements are fulfiled

Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Able to work both in a team environment and independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop mood boards, design concepts and presentation
• Conduct design and fabric research

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in fashion or design preferred
• Minimum 3 - 5 years work experience in fashion design

Key Responsibilities

• Work with GM of Corporate Finance & Strategy, along with CEO to formulate and execute overall corporate strategy
• Prepare business presentations, financial models, and valuation analysis on all strategic corporate initiatives such as inbound fund raisings; outbound investments; and, acquisitions
• Be actively involved in origination, structuring and execution of M&A deals
• Participate as a key member of an internal project team to prepare and lead the Company to a liquidity event
• Perform due diligence, research, and analysis on transactions
• Conduct financial analysis & reporting, forecasting & budgeting, variance analysis
• Prepare pitch books, info memos, investor presentation materials, Board materials
• Facilitate and assist in shareholder and investor engagement

Desired Skill Set and Attributes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or Business, Management, Accounting, Commerce
• Preference for minimum 1 year of experience working in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, M&A, or FP&A
• Strong financial modelling background needed to construct financial models, evaluate performance and analysing impact of different capital structures and potential transactions
• Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
• CFA (Level 1,2,3) preferable but not required
• High level of proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
