Accounts Officer/Executive, Income Audit (Open to Fresh Graduates)

You will be integral in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the hotel’s financial performance. • Review practices to identify areas for improvement in SOPs
• Conduct periodic reviews of procurement activities and purchases, ensuring adherence to stipulated thresholds, policies and procedures.
• Provide support to fundraising events
• Provide support to Annual General Meeting and other relevant meetings
• Assist in risk and crisis management
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in Internal / External Audit
• Minimum Degree in Accounting or relevant accounting qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous and analytical
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and time management skills
• Positive, proactive and solution oriented – a problem solver who finds ways to overcome challenges and get things done
• Takes full ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Has initiative and driven to go beyond the minimum requirements, not a “check-the-box” mentality
• Familiar with PDPA

What you'll be doing

• Assist with procurement, petty cash, and invoice processing
• Verify payment listings, vouchers, and vendor records
• Support budget preparation, expenditure tracking, and financial document checks
• Maintain admin and finance records, including fixed assets and inventory updates
• Provide secretarial support for meetings and assist with audit preparations
• Handle cheque issuance and other ad-hoc duties as needed

What we're looking for

• Diploma level and above in related studies
• 1 - 3 years of experience in similar setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with email communication and calendar management tools
