We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Lead, Public Affairs to join our Singapore team to drive foodpanda’s public affairs objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead foodpanda Singapore’s public policy and advocacy strategy in partnership with foodpanda business verticals, industry associations and other stakeholders
• Represent foodpanda Singapore in engagements with government regulators and other stakeholders, including but not limited to academia, NGOs, business associations
• Drive collaboration opportunities in sustainability topics of relevance to the business
• Develop supporting materials for advocacy and engagements in collaboration with the regional and global teams

Job Summary

This role responsible for inventory management and inventory control in Accounting System and Warehouse.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Company’s inventory management and maintenance.

2. Responsible for monitoring stock movements and maintenance at third party locations.

3. Responsible for managing the physical loading, unloading, storage of inventory and picking / packing when required.

4. Ensure compliance with inventory control processes with respect to movement of stock, item planning and control, re-order level, monitoring of non-moving items, timely discarding of approved scrap items.

5. Responsible for appropriate classification, segregation and maintenance of stock in designated areas.

6. Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained, referenced and filed.

7. Ensure compliance with inventory related updating in Accounting System.

8. Responsible for periodic stock taking, updating and reporting to all stakeholders.

9. Ensure proper co-ordination and communication with teams across all Company locations.

10. Responsible for timely identification of inventory variances, reporting and maintenance of records for variances.

11. Responsible for introducing appropriate procedures for control lapse if any.

12. Responsible for daily & monthly MIS reports to the stakeholders on regular basis and as per the requests by the concerned department as and when required.

13. Responsible for safe handling of inventory.

14. Additional duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

This role requires a strong background in Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence. In return, you will enjoy an attractive annual remuneration of up to $90,000 per annum.

• Conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) assessments on clients, in line with prevailing standards, including ensuring required documentation is obtained, conducting sanction/PEP and adverse media screening and performing risk assessments on various risk factors.
• Compile transaction assessments on analyzing client’s behavior and expected transaction profile.
• Compile source of funds and source of wealth assessments.
• CDD assessments need to be accurate, risk based and readable on a standalone basis.
• Assisting RM in collection of information and documents during the execution of the CDD process, which would include outreaching to clients directly for the CDD information.
• Monitor progress of CDD reviews to ensure timely completion.
