Job Requirement:

• Min ‘O’ Level and above
• 2 years relevant Sales experience or relevant role
• Proficient in English
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Possess valid class 3 driving license

Support new and designated applications especially SAP to aligned with business requirements and objectives of users in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, and Middle East, ensuring business continuity and process efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing support for business application operational issue.
• Work together with cross-functional teams, vendors/business partners to ensure successful implementation.
• Research and explore more Application Technologies, Functionality and availability.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
• To participate, coordinate and support for implementation and post-implementation of new requests.
• Provide training to users, as and when needed, using the available training materials and UAT documents. Transfer of knowledge and provide training to users to build additional capacity
• To support for implementation and post-implementation of new requests of existing application redevelopment and new application developments.
• Assist in defining test cases and scenarios based on the requirements. Work with vendors or rest of IT team members to ensure that the product is thoroughly tested and meets the specified criteria.
• Create detailed requirement documentation if needed.
• Identify opportunities for adopting new tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance IT, business application and BI capabilities.
• Actively participate and support in IT special project related with business application development.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• SAP Functional module certification is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, documentation, and modelling tools.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Candidates with ERP or manufacturing industry experience would be preferred.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office - Excel)
