The Programme Executive (PE) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the programmes offered by the Institute, and assigned frontline student services. Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Development & Execution:

• Develop and implement targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote outbound leisure travel packages to high-potential destinations.
• Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from concept and design to execution and analysis.

2. Market & Destination Research:

• Stay informed on the latest trends in outbound leisure travel, including emerging destinations, seasonal demand, and customer preferences.
• Conduct market research to identify customer demographics and segment audiences for more effective targeting.

3. Content Creation & Promotion:

• Create compelling content for digital channels (e.g., social media, website, email) to showcase travel packages, promotions, and destination highlights.
• Develop destination-specific storytelling that appeals to diverse travel interests and cultures.

4. Partnerships & Cross-Promotions:

• Collaborate with tourism boards, airlines, and hospitality partners to enhance offerings and amplify campaign reach.
• Work with influencers and content creators in the travel space to drive engagement.

5. Performance Analysis & Optimization:

• Monitor key metrics (e.g., ROI, CTR, customer engagement) to assess campaign success and optimize strategies.
• Provide regular performance reports and adjust tactics to improve reach and conversion rates.

6. Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs:

• Implement customer engagement strategies through loyalty programs, email marketing, and personalized recommendations.
• Foster customer loyalty by ensuring a consistent brand experience across touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience in the travel industry, specifically in outbound or international leisure travel.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, PPC).
• Proficient in market research, content creation, and campaign management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with travel CRM systems and customer segmentation tools.
• Experience with Shopify for managing our website
• Knowledge of key outbound leisure travel markets and trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

We are looking for a highly motivated Architectural Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare schematic design drawings, building plans, tender and all other necessary architectural drawings and documents
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Authorities on project execution and delivery
• Check/Prepare submission drawings, forms and letters for E-Corenet submission to Authorities
• Work closely with Project Architects throughout design development and implementation stages to project completion
• Engage in project meetings and proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues
• Update, make amendments to drawings and perform site check if needed
• Assist the Project Architects and to carry out duties and any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the office

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master in Architecture
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Proficient in AutoCad & BIM Revit
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, Powerpoint, etc.
• Pro-active and able to work as a team and independently
• Ability to multi-task, self-motivate with good time management skills
• Willing to learn and responsible with a positive work attitude

Other Details

• Accessible location: 3 mins walk from Rochor MRT or 5 mins walk from Jalan Besar MRT
• 5 days work week, 8.30am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays
