Job Description

• Assist in overseeing Airport operations as required.
• Assist in coordinating airport operations including planning staff schedules, and relevant reports/paperwork.
• Assist in the re-deployment of staff where required and ensure that manpower requirements are met for all the various staff groups.
• Assist in training new staff in the department and ensure product knowledge is accurately delivered to staff.
• Participate and help the staff with the daily operations
• Possess full knowledge of handling airport services provided by the company.
• Responsible for all ordering, inventory, stationery, and stocks for daily use for own department.
• Receiving and maintaining records and accounts for all flights serviced and attended.
• Attend to vendors’ queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely professional way.
• Conducting and submitting monthly flight lists for accounting purposes.
• Any additional duties (including hands-on duties) as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree and above
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant industry experience, with a demonstrable sound knowledge of airport operations and customer service with an airline, airport or ground handling company
• Minimum 2 years in a management or leadership role
• Able to work on shifts and weekends/ PH.
• Able to work overtime.
• Able to work rotating shift working hours as required by the airport’s operations

Work with fellow KidSTART (KS) Executive to provide oversee the KS administrative matters to monitor compliance of work processes in accordance to the Service Standard Requirements set by funder. Liaise with funder, auditor and other relevant parties on statistical reports submissions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of statistical reports for internal reporting and meetings with funder
• Familiarization and implementation of workflows and work procedures across the team and work with respective staff and supervisor to ensure compliance
• Monitor and compile KPIs for KS programme
• Develop, review and implement documentations processes to ensure compliance for all audit purposes and in meeting service standard requirements set by funder
• Provide administrative support to Centre Head and senior workers in the area of KS data reporting
• Liaise with funder, auditor and other relevant parties on statistical reports submissions.
• Secretariat for the monthly meetings with funder, which include coordinating with funder on meeting agenda, working with the respective staff to get ready the agenda, taking minutes for the meeting, etc.
• Support KidSTART Practitioners in admin and receiving of referrals.
• Maintain updated information and documentation of KS families on SSNet
• Support KidSTART Practitioners to prepare logistics, materials and resources for family engagements
• Inventory management of KS curriculum resources and materials
• Conduct engagements with stakeholders (such as donors, volunteers, beneficiaries) when necessary
• Any other responsibilities or duties assigned by the Head of KidSTART

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience especially in the areas of data collation and analysis.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, but also able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Working location for this role will be at Bedok office.

Job Description:

• In charge of design model and drawing submission
• To ensure drawing generated are in consistent with modelling design intent, view range, filters, settings correctly applied
• Development of BIM model and update comments
• Ensure design submission information exchange are carry out timely
• Review of Coordinated Combine Service Model (CCSM) models
• Involved in Virtual Design Conference on drawing on coordination and model development matters
• Ensuring that BIM model capture the required details with good accuracy
• Able to amend field end devices model family
• Able to generate Bill of Quantity from BIM models
• Input of Asset Information Model (AIM) to complete the as built model hand over

Job Requirement:

• Minimum ITE, Diploma / Degree in Building Information Modelling / Architecture/ Engineering with minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Must be able to work within tight deadline
• Those who are familiar with MRT Projects (Viaduct / Underground) or Expressway project preferred
