Job Descriptions:

• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and in QuickBooks
• Produce financial account reconciliation limited to cash, AR, AP, fixed assets, investment, and equity
• Prepare client invoice and payments
• Prepare and review month end, quarter end close process applicable to each client including the preparation and review of supporting schedules, reconciliation and analysis as required
• Preparing monthly and quarterly client reporting
• Assisting in the preparation of timely information and liaising with other departments to ensure settlement deadlines are met
• Monitoring daily cash flow, investments, and treasury activities.
• Perform bookkeeping and general ledger function
• Make apt correction in vendor account
• Assist sales team in collecting payment from customers

Job Requirements:

· 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

· Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent professional qualification

· Effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin (able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers)

· Meticulous and attention to details in performing admin work

· Familiarity with Quick Book accounting software

· Familiarity with GST and Corporate Income Tax Returns GOV Submission.

· To assist on ad hoc task when required.

• Issue and process purchase order
• File and maintain records of purchase orders
• Order, replenish and manage office stationery supplies and inventory.
• Performs administrative functions and support to Engineering Admin team
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT:

• GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ / Diploma / Relevant qualification.
• Strong in Microsoft word and excel application.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Meticulous and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Singaporean and SPR only.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective M&E maintenance strategies to ensure the seamless operation of services.
• Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are consistently met.
• Supervise a team of in-house Technicians, including schedule management, to handle daily building M&E services and oversee contractors for Soft Services such as cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and security.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, helping resolve site issues, addressing faults, and escalating major concerns to management as needed.
• Oversee subcontractors managing fit-out and reinstatement for A&A (Addition & Alteration) works, ensuring compliance with authority and building regulations. Manage minor A&A projects, covering M&E repairs and facility-related replacements.
• Administer service or term contracts, including performing cost comparisons and handling negotiations for contract renewals or replacements related to building M&E services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, vendors, and key stakeholders through effective communication, collaboration, and engagement.
