As a Clubhouse Executive in our Clubhouse, you will report to our Operations Manager, Clubhouse.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist the Manager in supporting the daily operations and administrative work of the Clubhouse to ensure the smooth operations of the Clubhouse.
• Handling duties of the Front Office and Rooms Check-in
• Handle enquiries (walk-in/phone) and assist in operations and administration of the Front Office.
• Assist in all aspects of Admin & Operational matters for Clubhouse

The Job

The role is responsible for planning, escort and provide support to clients while they are being transported from one location to another. This role is requires to be organised and alert, in order to study the effectiveness of plans and solutions. Someone who is expected to oversee a transport team, and work with staff and partners to carry out work process.

Responsibilities

• Managing client referral and conducting home visits to assess eligibility for intake into Medical Escort & Transport services.
• Assist to load and unload clients / members onto the transporter using the wheelchair.
