• Develop, implement, and sustain the Safety Management System (SMS) of the company.
• Collaborate with Master/Manning agencies to provide crew briefings on HSSEQ policies, documentation, and procedures.
• Supervise and manage the ship’s compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation, including IMO, Flag State, and Port State rules and regulations.
• Support the Crewing Department in its daily operations as a backup.
• Fulfil other assigned tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Prepare and submit certificate of completion for maintenance works and services monthly, and prepare monthly claims.
• Supervise and follow up with sub-contractors to carry out corrective maintenance/adhoc works and to rectify defects reported by quality control/auality, assurance, auditor/users.
• Check and certify works done by sub-contractors.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
