The Volunteer Management Executive/ Senior Executive plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our Resource Development Department. A. PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE

Report to the Assistant Finance Manager with regard to the Association’s purchases and payables cycle and accounting functions

B JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist the Assistant Finance Manager in accounting duties which includes:

· To support the monthly accounts closing;

· Preparation of bank reconciliations;

· Assist in handling day to day accounting functions;

· Managing and processing the Association’s purchasing and payable’s function, including:

- Verifying invoices are supported with proper documentation

- Preparing payment vouchers (Giro/TT/cheques)

- Preparation of cheques if necessary
